The Butler Firm Serving as Lead Law Firm on 120 MW Solar Project
The Butler Firm as been engaged by Tariff Power, Inc., to serve as project counsel for the West Ranch Solar Project located outside of Del Rio Project. The Butler Firm is in the process of arranging and negotiating off-take agreements for the power. Subsequent to the signing of a Power Purchase Agreement, the Butler Firm will continue on as lead counsel for all legal transactional work related to the project. The project is in the later stages of the development stage. All environmental and permit requirements have been met and the project is in the queue for interconnection with the full interconnection study in process.
