The recruiting of bright and highly motivated attorneys with initiative is a cornerstone of our success and we attempt to identify and attract qualifying candidates. Potential candidates should possess excellent undergraduate and law school academics, law review or moot court experience, and strong extra-curricular activities.
Most importantly, we are looking for candidates who possess a passion for litigation and who demonstrate a willingness to nurture client attorney relationships.

Interview Process
Attorneys from The Butler Firm are very involved in the interview process. The first step is an initial screening interview where the candidate will come to our office and meet with one or two lead attorneys from the practice group for which they are interested.
Subsequent to the screening interview and pending approval from the lead attorneys, the candidate will return to the office for a half-day of interviews with lead attorneys and associates from each of The Butler Firm’s practice groups.
